ALY Fabrication, Inc., holds ASME Code Stamps U for Division 1 Unfired Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers and S for Boilers and Power Piping along with the National Board Stamps R for Repairs, Alterations and Re-rating and the NB for registration of new and repaired vessels and heat exchangers. Numerous non-standard design pressure vessels and parts have been fabricated for military applications that cannot be pictured.
Our Quality Control System has been audited and approved every three years since 1999.
We have the necessary drafting and code calculation software to design vessels and produce high quality drawings. All of our welders are qualified and certified to ASME Section IX. We have qualified weld procedure specifications for aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steels, nickel and nickel alloys welded to themselves or in combinations.
